Teliamura, Tripura: The Tipra Motha Party has intensified its organisational preparations ahead of the upcoming Village Council elections, holding a series of meetings with party workers across three blocks of the Teliamura subdivision.
On Tuesday, Utpal Debbarma, MDC from the 11 Maharani constituency, met with party leaders and workers in separate meetings organised in the Mungiakami, Teliamura and Kalyanpur block areas.
The meetings were aimed at assessing the party's organisational strength and discussing preparations for the forthcoming Village Council elections. Leaders and workers exchanged views on the election strategy and ways to strengthen the party's presence at the grassroots level.
Strengthening coordination among party workers and ensuring greater unity within the organisation were also among the key issues discussed during the meetings.
Utpal Debbarma said the primary objective of the meetings was to discuss the strategy that Tipra Motha would adopt for the Village Council elections. He said strengthening the organisation and working in a united manner would be important for the party in the upcoming electoral battle.
