Tipra Motha Alleges Arson at Party Office; Leader Bishal Visits Karbook Unit, Assures Support

Tipra Motha alleged that BJP supporters set fire to its party office in the 25-Nutanbazar–Malbasa TTAADC constituency under Amarpur Subdivision. After the incident, Karbook Division Secretary Bishal Tripura visited the damaged office and personally funded its repair. He strongly condemned the attack, warning that if such incidents happen again, the party’s response will be much stronger. Tipra Motha has demanded strict action and better security for political offices.

Amarpur / Karbook, Tripura:
Tension has been rising in the lead-up to the TTAADC elections after Tipra Motha alleged that BJP supporters were involved in setting fire to its party office in the 25-Nutanbazar–Malbasa constituency, located at Thalchara (Tiyari Mairang) under the Amarpur Subdivision.

According to Tipra Motha leaders, the incident damaged party property and created fear among local members. The party has demanded strict action from authorities and suspected political motive behind the attack.

Following the incident, Tipra Motha Karbook Division Secretary Bishal Tripura visited the damaged office to inspect the situation. Taking responsibility for immediate repairs, he personally contributed funds to help restore the party office.

Speaking to party workers, Bishal condemned the attack and warned that such actions would not be tolerated.
“If this happens again, the answer will be much stronger,” he said, adding in strong words: “Iska jawab patthar hoga.”

He urged supporters to stay united and remain peaceful but alert during the election period.

Party leaders claimed this was not an isolated incident and called on the administration to ensure protection for all political offices in the region.
