Man Injured in Drunken Clash at Susen Para, Karbook Sub-Division
A drunken quarrel in Susen Para, Karbook Sub-Division, turned violent when 35-year-old Suddha Kumar Chakma attacked 45-year-old Subit Kumar Chakma with a dao. The injured victim was moved from Nutan Bazar Hospital to Gomati District Hospital and finally referred to GB Hospital, Agartala for advanced treatment.

Karbook, Sept 5:
A violent incident occurred at Susen Para village under Karbook Sub-Division ADC area when a quarrel broke out between two men after consuming alcohol. The clash turned serious as one man attacked another with a sharp weapon.
According to reports, around 3:40 PM, Subit Kumar Chakma (45) and Suddha Kumar Chakma (35) were drinking together when an argument escalated into a fight. In a fit of rage, Suddha Kumar Chakma allegedly struck Subit Kumar Chakma with a dao (sharp machete-like weapon) on his head and chest, leaving him severely injured.
Local residents of Susen Para rushed the victim to Nutan Bazar Hospital for immediate medical care. Due to the seriousness of his injuries, he was later referred to Gomati District Hospital and subsequently shifted to Agartala GB Hospital for advanced treatment.
Police sources confirmed the incident and further investigation is underway.
