Karbook Mandal Distributes Rignai at Pati Chari Village Council
Kkarbook Mandal organized a Rignai distribution programme today at Pati Chari Village Council under the 28 TTAADC constituency Silachhari–Manubankul (ST). The event was attended by MDC Kangjaong Mog and Karbook Mandal President Ashim Tripura, along with other mandal leaders and workers. The programme aimed to promote indigenous culture and strengthen community ties, and was warmly welcomed by local villagers.
Today, KARBOOK Mandal organized a Rignai distribution programme at Pati Chari Village Council, aimed at promoting indigenous culture and supporting local communities. The programme was held under the 28 TTAADC constituency Silachhari–Manubankul (ST).
The event was attended by MDC Kangjaong Mog of the Silachhari–Manubankul (ST) constituency and Ashim Tripura, President of Karbook Mandal, along with other mandal leaders, party workers, and local representatives. The Karbook Mandal team actively participated in distributing Rignai, the traditional attire symbolizing the cultural heritage of the indigenous people of Tripura.
Speaking on the occasion, MDC Kangjaong Mog highlighted the importance of preserving tribal traditions and customs in the face of modernization. He appreciated Karbook Mandal’s initiative and encouraged the community to continue practicing and valuing their cultural identity.
Karbook Mandal President Ashim Tripura stated that such programmes are organized to strengthen cultural awareness and maintain close connections with grassroots communities. He reaffirmed the mandal’s commitment to working for the welfare, cultural preservation, and overall development of the indigenous population under the TTAADC areas.
