        <description><![CDATA[ North Tripura Police, led by Bhungmun PS OC Rinpuia Darlong, arrested Lalthanga Riang, an active member of the banned militant organization TUNF, from Mizoram following a confidential tip-off. The arrested militant, a resident of Bhandarima in Kanchanpur subdivision, has been charged under relevant IPC sections and the Explosive Substances Act, 1908. He was transferred to Kanchanpur Police Station and presented in the Sub-Divisional Court. The arrest has received widespread appreciation from local residents. ]]></description>
